PALS, a Chrysalis Health Company opened its first center in Gahanna, Ohio in May 2012 to provide in-person support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Since then, PALS has grown to six locations offering direct support to 12 Ohio counties and in-direct support to all 88 counties. 

At PALS we build on the foundation of physical activity and life skills (PALS). Our numerous person-centered programs are designed to create opportunities and success for the individuals with disabilities that we work with. Our programs offer individuals the necessary tools they need to be active members of the community and maintain a high quality of life. 

We have a strong commitment in the communities where we live and work. Our partnerships provide opportunities for our team members and the individuals that are a part of our programs to develop and grow.

Career Opportunities at PALS

  • Program Director

    A Program Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day programs and serve as a leader to the PALS team.

  • Direct Support Professional

    A Direct Support Professional works with the individuals in our programs either in their home or in one of our centers. They are responsible for program coordination and hands-on care of individuals.

  • Driver

    A Non-CDL Driver is responsible for individual transportation to outings, home and appointments.

  • Admin Assistant

    An Admin Assistant works closely with program leaders to assist with day-today program and team needs.

  • Program Manager

    A Program Manager manages individual case loads including implementation of program schedules and day-to-day program support.
