In-Home Care

Our in-home, residential programs offer individuals the care they need in the comfort of their own home. We provide dedicated, quality care for individuals with a customized plan that fits their needs and lifestyle. Our goal is to support their needs so they can live productive lives in their home and their community. Our team works closely with each individual, their family, caregivers and medical professional teams, to create and establish a support plan. Each support plan is tailored and centered on helping individuals build their self-determination and self-advocacy.

  • HPC

Homemaker/Personal care services are provided to individuals with developmental disabilities in their own home, by a non-family member. HPC Staff are a pivotal piece in helping individuals reach independence. HPC services help individuals advance and focus on personal development. PALS HPC staff help to support individuals with daily living needs, such as: money management, medical support, household chores, personal care, and developing personal connections.

  • Shared Living

Shared Living is a residential option for individuals with disabilities that live with a family member that qualify to provide natural support per DODD guidelines. This natural support is able to provide all aspects of care. Having a natural support can be a less invasive, holistic approach to personal development where Shared Living Staff are able to work alongside their loved one to help attain independence.
