Program Director
A Program Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day programs and serve as a leader to the PALS team.

Direct Support Professional
A Direct Support Professional works with the individuals in our programs either in their home or in one of our centers. They are responsible for program coordination and hands-on care of individuals.

Driver
A Non-CDL Driver is responsible for individual transportation to outings, home and appointments.

Admin Assistant
An Admin Assistant works closely with program leaders to assist with day-today program and team needs.

Program Manager
A Program Manager manages individual case loads including implementation of program schedules and day-to-day program support.

What To Expect
Your day will focus on the needs of the individuals in our programs. You’ll help them with personal tasks and build their life skills. You’ll take part in community outtings, encouraging individual engagement in social settings.
